Here are some answers to the most common questions I am asked:

  • If I purchase more than one item will you combine shipping?

  • Q. If I purchase more than one items, will you combine shipping?

  • A. Absolutely! Shipping is automatically combined on multiple items when you use my checkout. Please wait until you have finished bidding on all items you are purchasing before completing the checkout. I will send an email which contains a link you can click and it will take you directly to the checkout. Please note: I do not cross reference emails with payments. When a payment is received, I will ship all items that payment covers.

  • Q. I'm not registered with Ebay, is there any way I can still purchase this item from you?

  • A. Sure! If I have more than one, you may purchase it directly from my storefront! If not, then it will be immediately available in my storefront when the auction ends. (If it doesn't sell of course!) You can always sign up for Ebay here: Ebay Registration

  • Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

  • A. If I have a choice, I prefer to use Paypal--however all payment options are perfectly fine! I accept Visa and Mastercard directly and securely. I also accept Billpoint, Bidpay, Money Orders and Personal Checks. Shortly after the auction ends, I will send an email with your total, and a link to select your payment option. (it's really easy to use!!)

  • Q. I've just won an auction!! Now what???

  • A. Shortly after the auctions ends, I will send an email with your purchase total and a link to select your payment options. (Your purchase total will be the winning bid + the shipping fee listed in the auction description.) If you purchased more than one item, please let me know your complete shipping address and the items you have purchased. I'll get you an exact USPS price!

  • Q. Wow! Are all these items you are selling brand new?

  • A. All of the items sold are new unless otherwise stated in the auction description.

  • Q. What is a catalog return?

  • A. Catalog return items are items that were purchased by Pottery Barn and returned by the customer. Most items are still brand new and never used, but occasionally they are marked otherwise. If this is the case, I will always note this in the auction description.
